God and Me Series
This third series of Diamond Books (Set C) consists of eight books and is for 4 and 5 year olds to read themselves. It has been written from a Judeo/Christian framework. Each book majors on a different aspect of God’s care and involvement with a child so that they can begin to understand how to relate to God personally. themselves.
Within the series, children are introduced to contemporary characters that they will have seen in previous sets. These include a Nigerian family of mum and dad with Todd and his adopted sister, Anna and a British family of mum and dad with Joy and Daniel.
The ‘God and Me’ series has been written by reading specialist, Carole Leah and beautifully illustrated by gifted artist, Floyd Yamyamin.
