Creation Series
The first series of Diamond Books, the Creation Series (Set A) consists of eight books and is intended to be read to 3-4 year olds. The Creation Series has been written from a Christian viewpoint. It prepares children to read and extends their vocabulary. Through these books, children can develop and practise preparatory skills for reading as well as see the wonder of God’s order in creation.
Within the series, children are introduced to characters who will be featured throughout the Diamond Books project. These include the Nigerian family of Todd and his mum and dad and the English family of Joy and Daniel and their mum and dad.
The Creation Series has been written by Carole Leah and each book is beautifully illustrated in full colour by award winning artist, Sharon Rentta.
